Where? Help
The "Where?" Bible game tests the player's knowledge of maps corresponding to Biblical times and locations. All the maps originating from BibleMapper.com that have been hotspotted can be used with this game. These maps are shown in the tree at the bottom of the "Where?" webpage. The game is begun by selecting one the hotspotted maps (). This will display the selected map and start the timer for the game.
The intent of the "Where?" game is to identify the hotspotted text corresponding to the prompt on the map for up to twenty different geographic locations in as short a time as possible with as few mistakes as possible.
Each map will display on the left with a prompt on the upper right and a table with twenty rows on the bottom right. As each location is properly identified, that location will be added to the table on the lower right. The images on this row can be used for further research (although this will negatively impact the player's time to complete the game).
The following screenshot shows the "Garden of Eden" hotspotted map. The first location to be identified is spelled out by the question in the upper right (e.g., "Where is Asshur?").
Clicking on anything other than the text for a location will be counted as a mistake and will bump the number of mistakes counter. Therefore, on the map above, clicking any part of the Red Sea other than the text "Red Sea" will count as a mistake (if the prompt is to identify the Red Sea).
